Online Form for Kindergarten Registration is now Live!

You may now fill out the online registration form. Please remember that you will still need to bring 2 proofs of address, birth certificate, and immunization records to your home school starting Monday, March 26, 2018 before the registration is considered complete. Updating Student Information Directions

 

If you created a Unified Classroom account last year – click here: Unified Classroom Login Page. Login with the information you used to set up your account. You may also use the forgot password link, if you forgot your password. Your PowerSchool ID will be an email address.

  1. Click on the rocket or quick links on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on Main Portal Page. This will open a new window.
  3. Click on InfoSnap Student Information on the left side of the screen.
  4. From here, you will be able to update your student’s registration information.

 

If you have not created a Unified Classroom account, click here: Create Unified Classroom Account

  1. Staff will log into Unified Classroom to check if parent has Unified Classroom account set up (PowerSchool ID). If PowerSchool ID is blank they do not have an UC set up.  PowerSchool ID will be an email address for parents.  Staff cannot use the school email account when setting up a parent account. 
  2. While in UC if there is a SIS username parent has set up a PowerSchool Account, make note of this SIS ID. If the PowerSchool ID is empty they will need to go through these steps to set up an UC account.
  3. If no SIS they can just create a UC account. Otherwise follow the directions below:
  4. If parent does not remember their PowerSchool credentials first step would be to reset parent password in PowerSchool.
  5. Using district website select PowerSchool> parents> fill out with and click Create PowerSchool ID.
  6. Create your account by entering all the required information. Click “Create PowerSchool ID” at the bottom of the window
      
  7. After completing the registration, click on the link Create PowerSchool ID. It will re-route you to the screen on the right.  Click Continue to Unified Classroom Sign in. That will take you to the screen below. Sign in using the credentials you just created for UC (email address)

   

  1. Choose “I have a username and password in my districts PowerSchool parent portal”, you will then be redirected to the PowerSchool ID creation screen below. Enter the parent PowerSchool username and password. Click next. This will prompt you to change the password if the original PowerSchool password was reset by Admin.

   

After changing password it will flash a screen saying that the 2 accounts linked together and it will log you directly into UC.

 

Once you have created your Unified Classroom account, follow these directions:

  1. Click on the rocket or quick links on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on Main Portal Page. This will open a new window.
  3. Click on InfoSnap Student Information on the left side of the screen at the bottom .
  4. From here, you will be able to update your student’s registration information.

Please make sure to log out of all windows.

 

 

New Students - Create An Infosnap Account

If you need to register your kids with Sweetwater #1, please follow the directions below to create an Infosnap account.  If your students are already registered with Sweetwater #1, please use PowerSchool Parent Portal to update your students' information.

 

1. To create an Infosnap account, please select the "New Student Registration" link.

2. Select "Create Account".

3. Complete the Profile Form with your name, phone number, email, password, security questions and answers. Once completed you will need to check that you agree with Infosnap terms, and COPPA regulations, and then select "Create Account".

 

 

Registering New Students

 To register students, you will need the students' legal Information, family history, medical history, and education history.

1. Once you have created your Infosnap Family Account, select New Student Registration 2018-2019.

2. Fill out the "Add Student" information.

3. Complete the registration forms (Student, New Student, Home Language Survey, Instructional Foundations for Kindergarten, Family, Emergency, Medical, Special Education Registration Information, Agreements, and Signature). Please make sure you fill out all of the required fields.

4. Click on the Review and Submit tab, and then select Submit.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each new student you would like to register. When you add additional students, you will be given the option to copy family information over from the first student. 

6. Please be on the look for communication for your students' schools regarding enrollment information.

Continuing Students - Updating Information

1. Sign into your PowerSchool Parent Account

2. Select "InfoSnap Student Information" at the bottom of the left navigation menu.

3. Verify your student's date of birth.

4. Complete the registration forms (Student,  Family, Emergency, Medical, Agreements, and Signature). Minimal information was pulled from PowerSchool, so please provide the most up-to-date information.

5. After all forms are complete, submit the InfoSnap for to update registration.

6. If you have more than one student, go back the the PowerSchool page and select the next student on the vertical navigation bar. Repeat steps 2-5 for each student.
