College and Career Guidance

The mission of Farson-Eden High School is to prepare our students with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the post-secondary path of their choosing.

Rock Springs High School holds an annual College & Career Fair at Rock Springs High School. All 9th-12th grade students will have the opportunity to interact with business, military and community members to plan for the future. 

Our role at RSHS is to help our students to become academically successful and emotionally well adjusted--happy, confident, and secure. We are your advocates, and the counseling office is a safe place where you can come to calm down and get help.  Also counselors guide, advise and develop graduation plans for each student.  If students get off track for graduation, credit recovery opportunities, scheduling and virtual school provide opportunities  to get back on track and successfully graduate.

The counselors are here to help in a variety of ways--with both academic concerns and personal issues.

4. Assist if you are having difficulties in a particular class (work too hard, teacher conflicts)
5. Information on tests given at the High School
6. Change a class according to RSHS policy
