Student Data Security

Over the 2017-2018 school year, Sweetwater #1 worked to implement 25 data security policies in order to become compliant with new legislation adopted by the State of Wyoming. 

In 2018-2019, Sweetwater #1 also implemented Education Framework in order to check applications, websites, and programs for FERPA and COPPA compliance. All programs students use and that house student data are ran though Education Framework in order to check their privacy scores and make certain our student and staff data is being properly protected.
