Sweetwater #1 School Safety: Standard Response Protocol (SRP)

The Standard Response Protocol (SRP) was developed by the “I Love U Guys” Foundation to create a consistent, district-wide response to school incidents. The four key SRP actions—Hold, Secure, Lockdown, Evacuate, and Shelter—are displayed on posters throughout every classroom and hallway in Sweetwater #1.

Staff members also have a quick-reference summary of these actions on the back of their ID badges, which are required to be worn at all times.

digital safety education, and mental health awareness.
Together, we are building a culture of safety, care, and readiness for all.
