School Campus: Students should not be on the School Campus before 7:30 unless they have a note to work with a teacher or plan to attend Breakfast club. This is a safety issue since there is no one supervising the campus prior to 7:30. Please note that on cold days (below zero) students will be allowed into Rock Lobby at 7:25. Students should dress appropriate for our lovely Wyoming weather.

Messages: Students can get very anxious if they are unsure what the plan is for them after school. Please communicate with your student before they leave for school regarding after school travel arrangements. The school office is very busy at the end of the school day and last minute arrangements are difficult for all.

Telephone:  With permission from their teacher, and a written pass in hand students will be allowed to use the phone in the office. Students are asked to keep their cell phones turned off and in their lockers during the school day.

Deliveries: Flowers, balloons or other deliveries for students will NOT be accepted at the school as this is a disruption and very hard for students to take home. We do not have the storage space to keep a wide variety of deliveries in the office.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.  

Visitors: ALL visitors to East Jr. High will need to enter the building through the door at the corner of 'G' Street and 'Gobel' Street. ALL visitors will be asked to sign in and receive a visitor's badge. Students checking out will need to be signed out by a parent as well. Other such information may include new medical issues or preplanned absences from school.

Student Demographics: We ask that you contact your school secretary if you have any changes to make to your students demographics page i.e.: Telephone Number(s), Address, Employment, Emergency Contacts, Adults Residing in Household, and any pertinent information you feel we should be aware of.
